Hope this is the right place to post. I joined due to a trip from Australia. I am an experienced punter in Australia and America. I pretty exclusively visit 18-25 year old thin Eastern Euopean girls. You just need to go through forum and experiences of other punters
Other option is eastern europe girls that come on tour in italy, for them there are a few dedicated websites set up by their agencies
